Julia Wittich is a certified Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner, SomaticExperiencing Practitioner, and ConsciousUncoupling Coach.
She has a tremendous capacity for joy, and a willing acceptance of sorrow and pain. She uses heart centered presence to stay open to the challenges of life. Her delight is to support people during intense life transitions, and to help them transform from the person they were taught to be, to who they truly are.
She received her BA in Women Studies and Photography from SUNY @ Purchase, and then expanded her studies with a year program in Art Therapy to explore ways to use photography to work with women’s relationships to their bodies.
After falling in love with the Rosen Method, she spent 10 years training at Rosen Center East, and Rosen Method Open Center, while raising two young children.
Her work is greatly influenced by her experience nursing both her mother and sister through premature illness and death.
